Kontrabass

For sale: a beautiful Italian double bass, most likely of Northern Italian origin. Unfortunately, dendrochronological (tree-ring) analysis cannot be carried out on the instrument, so its exact age cannot be determined. In my opinion, the instrument is at least 200 years old, which is also supported by the opinions of several luthiers. The instrument is offered without a maker’s name.
